inviting and ran smoothly, conversation type of interview, no pressure. any questions i had could be answered straight away and seemed like a lovely environment to work in as i walked through the shop

Pretty straightforward, however, it was disgusting to find that the organization would ghost you after giving positive feedback along with verbal confirmation. Should have a professional approach towards hiring, cannot just ghost applicants.

(The interviewer had a questionnaire which felt like yes/no questions, was not a real interview. There was no conversation as the interviewer was writing down everything I said and I had to speak at a pace to ensure she could write everything)

I got the job just before turning 18, i would say the main advice is display and have experiences for traits that are desirable for an employer. e.g. Hard working, Self-motivated
