There are 5 steps including a case study, calls from both HR and tech lead and lastly, GSD where you go to the office and perform a task. GSD is a nice touch since it gives you an idea of how the work life will be inside bunq. Also you get to know people working there and chat with them. People in the Istanbul office are all nice and helpful.

It was a completely automated interview, I never got a chance to talk to a HR/Recruiter or any other person throughout the process, not even any engineers for technical rounds. I only received emails with details about next round, I kept giving the aptitude, then technical test, then a huge technical assignment and then received a response after 2 weeks of submitting the assignment that my profile doesn't match the requirement.
