I applied for the position Accounts Payable Specialist With German language. I got the link to the test. It was a weird IQ test. I solved it as I could, but had no idea how to solve it right. As the result, the HR sent me the rejection, saying I am not smart enough for being considered for this role or working in Bunq. One thing I cannot understand, how can a weird IQ test check my expertise or experience in the finance sphere and also check my German language proficiency?!!! I am grateful, I did not continue interviewing, I don't want to work in a company that sorts potential employees on those who can solve the test and those who can't.
