      Senior Financial Risk Officer Interview

      Jul 5, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Amsterdam
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at bunq (Amsterdam) in Jun 2024

      Interview

Here's a more concise and polished version of your experience: I had to complete two general aptitude tests for a job application. Ten days after submitting the second test, the company claimed they hadn't received it, despite me having sent two confirmation emails. They then invited me to set up a meeting with the team lead, acknowledging my successful completion of the previous steps. After the interview, I followed up for updates 14 days later. Two days after that, they sent another link to arrange a day at their office, stating I had made a good impression. However, the next day, they rescinded this invitation, citing that another candidate had accepted the offer. This has been my first experience with such a disorganized HR department. I'm quite disappointed but perhaps I've dodged a bullet, given the red flags throughout the recruitment process.
