I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at causaLens (London, England) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was as below: - HR call - Hiring manager call - Technical test over 3 hours - Final stage with 3 interviews on-site. My experience was negative as the company cancelled my final stage interviews on the same morning of the day I was scheduled. This was very unprofessional and rude, as I had to take half a day off in order to attend these interviews. On top of that, CausaLens had even called me the day before to make sure I was still available. I would not recommend applying to CausaLens as they dont respect candidates and their times. This speaks volume on how they would treat their employees as well. Beyond that, what the company puts forward on its website seems to be all smoke and mirrors.

I also have a consulting background...
