The interview began more than an hour late and they kept the candidates waiting.while in the waiting area i saw a lady chitchatting with one of their staff.I knew this was already predetermined.Interview was with a panel of four panelist.They used the bad cop/good cop interview approach.The gentleman(bad cop) was very harsh and grilled me for most of the interview.The board chairman and the CEO are from one kenyan tribe.Also most employees are from this tribe.They ghosted me and never gave any feedback after the interview
