I applied on LinkedIn and was asked to do a Zoom interview within an hour after submitting my application. I was interviewed by the Founder, Anthony Nichols, and the Senior Director of Organic Search, Sam Gallen. I spent a fair bit of time applying for the position, researching the company and preparing for the interview, so I was a little disappointed when the Founder showed up to interview several minutes late, wearing a baseball hat and t-shirt. At one point during the interview, he even turned his camera off while I was speaking. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and he said he would get back to me within a few business days. It’s now been several weeks since the interview and I’ve never received an update on my application. If I could summarize the whole interview process in one word, it would be "unprofessional". I wouldn’t recommend applying or interviewing here because the Founder won't take it seriously, and your time won't be respected. If the interview process is any indication, this is evidently a disorganized, immature, poorly run little "company" and I feel lucky to have dodged this bullet.
