Interview
Started with a short interview with an HR Representative. It sounded like they wanted to ensure I met their basic qualifications and to find out if I was still interested in the job. The second interview was with a manager. The manager was incredibly nice and questioned me extensively about my job experience and why I was interested in CrunchyData.
