Interview
The interview process will vary for each position. Generally, it starts with sending your professional resume and cover letter to HR. Make sure that your resume is relevant for the position you are applying for, and if the ad asks for a cover letter-include it! If your resume is up to par, then you will most likely do a phone interview, followed up by an in person interview (if the phone interview goes well). Make sure to dress professional and classy! Don't be nervous, this company is all about finding that shining personality that will help our clients feel at ease.

Interview
My interview was a group interview. I actually loved it because you had a chance to meet the whole team right away. And they all had a chance to ask questions to see if I would be a good fit as well. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
