      Account Executive Interview

      Jan 17, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at dscout (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2017

      Interview

A thorough and challenging interview process that really allowed me to get a good understanding of dscout, the sales team, and the leadership team. I had a phone screen, on site with the hiring manager, second on site with 4 peers, and then a final onsite consisting of a brief convo with leadership and a sales presentation. The whole process took about 5 weeks from initial call to offer, and I started shortly after the offer was extended. I really appreciated the recruiter recapping with me after each on site before I left the building. It allowed me to ask logistical questions and to get a good feeling on their thoughts on my candidacy. No curve balls throughout the process, all was pretty straight forward. I worked through LaSalle Network, and they helped prep and guide me through the process.
