e-Solutions interview questions

The interview process was smooth, although I didn't take the job because I wasn't interested in a non-tech profile. The questions were non-tech and mostly based on soft skills. They skimmed through my resume and called me over-qualified for the role 😂 The people were nice and polite.

"I had a very disappointing experience with e-Solution's recruitment process. Initially, I was informed that there would only be 3 rounds of interviews. However, after completing the so-called final round, I was unexpectedly told about an additional round where I would need to develop a complete project on the spot. This sudden change felt highly unprofessional and poorly planned. Moreover, despite being called for a face-to-face interaction for the supposed 3rd round, the focus was entirely on DSA questions—making it the third consecutive technical round focused solely on DSA. There was no effort to evaluate other skills relevant to the job role. To make matters worse, the offered compensation of 6 LPA is far below industry standards for a developer with 3 years of experience. The entire process felt like a waste of time and energy. I would not recommend this company to serious professionals looking for fair treatment and reasonable compensation.
