      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      Oct 13, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at e-bot7 (London, England) in Sep 2020

      Interview

I was disappointed that the hiring manager last minute dropped out of the interview and made HR to take over the meeting as a first stage. The interview was rush, and lasted 15-20 min. I did not get a lot of info about the company. HR showed up without a video. The way the HR asked questions was very robotic, and has no personality to the company or to share anything about e-bot7. With the robotic attitude I received, I wasn't sure if they were looking for an energetic and approachable sales despite the personality you have shown. At the end, given HR was the only person I met, I concluded this is a robotic start up that just needs someone to hit the numbers and taking instructions giving yes or no answers. I would not recommend it if you are looking for an energetic and fun opportunity.
