Interview
First round will be multiple choice C questions and logical puzzles. Even if you are poor in C but good in solving logic then you have better chances of getting a job.
Second round + many other rounds of individual programming with a staff. Questions mainly in C and pointers, have to be very strong in this area to clear this. This interview can go upto hours and days. usually written on a piece of paper, but you can also ask for computer.
If you go past this round then one of the co founders will meet you, this means you are selected.
