      Outbound Appointment Setter Interview

      Feb 10, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Leeds, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at e.surv (Leeds, England) in Nov 2024

      Interview

I applied via a recruitment agency, who interviewed me prior to the interview with Esurv which was done on Microsoft teams. I am en experienced candidate, with all the appropriate skills. I was looking forward to my ‘formal interview’ with the company. But from the outset this was the worst interview experience ever. Both team managers that interviewed me, had no empathy regarding my disability. I wanted the ground to swallow me up. It was truly hair raising and has damaged my confidence a lot. I know I could, and probably should take this further, but I feel helpless to do anything about it- other than warn other people.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The questions themselves were “standard” and relatively easy- eg. Give an example of when you have gone above and beyond… There was also a roll play telephone call in which you need to relay certain information and book an appointment.
