Very Quick Process and Straight forward questions. Mainly evaluated , how smart on solving problems quickly. There were few questions regarding to data base development and web developing techs like PHP and JQuery.
I had 3 interviews. 1st day had a practical and paper and face to face technical interview evaluating paper and practical. 3rd HR interview. Director interview is the final one
