1 hour of IQ test and 4 hours of practical test In the practical test I was given 4 hours and asked to do psd to html. then they selected me as associate web developer. it's a 1 year contract based job. Guy from the tech explained the work they do pretty well. so you could get an idea of what kinda technologies you'd be assigned to work with. Energy draining process. Job is contract based with a low salary No benefits. Work place look dull.
