I recently went through an interview process with this company and had a very disappointing experience. Since they try to demotivate the candidate I need to give this Feedback for the future candidates. The environment felt toxic from the start. Despite offering very low salaries, they set extremely high expectations and standards for candidates.
During the initial HR screening, they agreed to the salary expectations mentioned by the candidate. However, in the interview, the approach shifted dramatically. The panel seemed more focused on demotivating the candidate rather than assessing their skills, almost as if their intention was to pressure people into accepting a "slavery-level" salary.
Unfortunately, this reflects poorly not just on their hiring practices but also on their overall culture. The staff seemed to share the same mindset, and based on this, it's hard to believe the quality of their services is any better.
Not recommended for skilled professionals who are aiming for well respected companies in Sri Lanka.
To Management: If you can't maintain professionalism and can’t afford the mentioned salary range, just reject the candidate during the screening call itself instead of wasting their time and trying to lower their mindset until fit your low level budget.
