first i shortlisted through elitmus then written test after that on same day 2 round of personal interview , then they tell result on same day and give the call letter in next week and after one week we join the company .

First round was of aptitude round, then then there was two technical interviews.My interview was good in both the rounds still they rejected me. It's very much difficult to understand their mindset.

First round was aptitude with 30 questions for 1 hour
Questions on data interpretation, data sufficiency, analytical reasoning and profit loss problems
They announced the results within 3 minutes
They gave water, biscuits and cookies for tired candidates
One sad thing is they announced loudly about candidates who were not selected and asked us to leave immediately 😂😨😰😥😡😅😇😊

I gave an interview on campus. The company first shortlisted resume as per their requirements. Then Skype interview based on Java. geeks for geeks is sufficient to answer all of these question. Then one Hr round was there. That's all.
