eGumball interview questions

Simple process. You have a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the content department manager at the coorperate office. Staff is very nice and professional. They require a written test as well.

Had a brief phone interview and then went in for a in-person interview with HR went well not difficult regular interview questions. Then I was invited for a 2nd interview with the CEO and it was the worst interview I ever had so unprofessional to say the least. The interview started late because the CEO found it more important to try to install some software instead of focusing on the interview. I think I sat there for a few minutes just watching him try to put in a password and drink his protein shake. After about 10 minutes he then decided to start the interview (mind you I was sitting in front of him this whole time). Then he decides to ask me questions and start the interview, but as he is doing this he is still tapping on his keyboard trying to keep doing whatever he was doing with his computer and more than half the time was looking at his computer screen. I was pretty confused and upset I took time off my present job and made time and effort to come to this interview and he was more focused on his computer then meeting me, completely unprofessional!! I can now understand why this company has such a poor rating if the CEO acts like this then no wonder. After the interview I had to wait 2 weeks to get an answer to my interview and I had to send 2 emails to follow up. What a waist of time, I didn't get the position which I'm fine with don't want to be at a company with a CEO that is that unprofessional and inconsiderate!! Stay away from this place. Also by coincidence a ex-worker for eGumball got a job at where I work and he told me how bad it was over there too and told me he wasn't surprised of how the CEO acted in the interview.
