Had a great interview but have been ghosted with no response to my application. Sending a generic rejection email doesn't take much time and it's basic professionalism. Ghosting is blatant disrespect to potential candidates. If they're not considerate of you during the hiring process, it's telling to how they'll treat you once you're there
