eLocal interview questions

Too long, didn't read version: A new level of unprofessionalism & ghosting. Recruiter rescheduled the original interview on short notice, and then no-call no-showed to the rescheduled interview. A Sr. Recruiter at eLocal reached out to me via LinkedIn and email to schedule and interview via the Calendly app. The morning before the interview was scheduled, they contacted me to reschedule since apparently Calendly did not present their schedule accurately. I accepted the new scheduled time. Ultimately they never called me at this new time. I reached out to them via email and LinkedIn to never receive a response.

I was contacted to arrange a Zoom call for the first stage of interview process. I tried more than 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to setup an interview and never received a call or any feedback. Based on the quality of the recruiting process, I cannot recommend applying for a job at this company.
