HR are very prompt. After applying they responded within a week. The first interview was by phone. They asked me about my experience. The in person interview involved behavioural type of questions with two interviewers. They wanted examples from my own experiences. One question that stood out to me was what have you introduced to a workplace to make it better. They also want to know how you manage your time. They offer pretty flexible working options, but I hear the work is full on and no two days are the same. I did not progress to the next stage, which would have been another interview and then reference checks. They also conduct police background checks.
