      CSM Interview

      Dec 12, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Austin, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at eRelevance (Austin, TX) in Nov 2017

      Interview

Intro phone screen Three F2F Meetings - One off-site w/Manager - One on-site w/Supervisor & Peer - Final on-site w/CEO Offer within a week of final on-site. Overall it was a good experience. My only two pieces of critical feedback would be: A, to have fewer people involved in the process from a communication/paperwork standpoint, it was very confusing and I missed important emails buried within threads. And B, try to consolidate the face to face meetings as it is difficult to take that much time off so close together.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Various behavioral typical questions: "Tell me about a time you handled a difficult customer?" etc. Then there was some conversation with questions the individuals thought were important.
