Final Interview with Senior Management I progressed through multiple rounds of interviews and was ultimately advanced to the final stage before being informed they were moving forward with another candidate. Most of the earlier interviews were approximately 45 to 60 minutes and focused heavily on reviewing my experience and background. I found those conversations to be engaging, and the interviewers appeared genuinely interested in my responses. While the early stages of the process were positive, the overall experience became less consistent toward the final round.
