      Customer Care Representative Interview

      Sep 1, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at eTeacher Group

      Interview

First you're going through a testing process, and it was a really interesting one with relevant questions and examples. Then your first interview with HR, second with your manager and the final one to specify all the details about payment and contract. 5$ per hour, 5 shifts, 7 hours with 45min break (not paid). It's not really a wage you can live on, so maybe if you can have another job? Also there's a possibility for growth, and some additional money you can make being a great support or selling products.

      Interview questions [1]
