The interview process was simple but it would have been nice if they were upfront in the beginning about salary expectations so that those who will not accept more can withdraw from the process. It was first an interview with HR and then a supervisor in customer support. There was also an integrity test to do.

The interview process is lenient. One of the tasks asked is to do a phone call simulation. They also ask about your previous experience and your success rate in closing clients.
