Group interview
It was easy, split up into teams and had to do cringe team bonding and role plays
Was easy but the pay was too low and it seemed fake happy
Lowest salary for RNs on the market in this field 🙅♀️ No thank you.
The interview was 2/10. They interviewer kept discussing culture but the office look bleak and depressing 😪
.
The online interview was simple enough, basic questions with a good vibe. I was then invited to a group interview with around 12 applicants, all varying from EN's to RN's. We did some ice-breaking activities and scenarios. A few days after the interview I received a call saying they hired other applicants.
A few months later, I see the same ad again. I applied, interviewed, and was subsequently rejected again. It appears that they prefer to hire ENs, which is understandable, but make it known so RN's don't waste their time.
It's also a bit worrying I've noticed the same advertisement multiple times since my applications. Either they're expanding VERY rapidly, or staff are leaving too quickly, and it's usually the latter.
