Lowest salary for RNs on the market in this field 🙅‍♀️ No thank you. The interview was 2/10. They interviewer kept discussing culture but the office look bleak and depressing 😪 .

The online interview was simple enough, basic questions with a good vibe. I was then invited to a group interview with around 12 applicants, all varying from EN's to RN's. We did some ice-breaking activities and scenarios. A few days after the interview I received a call saying they hired other applicants. A few months later, I see the same ad again. I applied, interviewed, and was subsequently rejected again. It appears that they prefer to hire ENs, which is understandable, but make it known so RN's don't waste their time. It's also a bit worrying I've noticed the same advertisement multiple times since my applications. Either they're expanding VERY rapidly, or staff are leaving too quickly, and it's usually the latter.
