TA/HR did a great job with the hiring process, they were quick to respond and great at communicating. There were 3 interviews- first with the recruiter, then the other two with 3 people in each (one round being the team I’d be working with, other round with upper management and HR). I do feel that if they grouped the interviewers with each other (rather than have a separate interview per interviewer), they’d reduce some of the redundancy with the questions. Taking half an hour out of your day is much easier than an hour and a half.

While we like to separate the interview out in an effort to have one on one conversation, we understand it's not always ideal as it makes the interviews longer.
