1 technical, 1 managerial and 1 HR round. In my CV no where it is mentioned that I know Python or Tableau. Still they asked me if I know these or how fast I can learn about these. Moreover the interviewer told that this position is for BI Tester with automation experience using Python. The recruiter who called me told this is a position for ETL Testing along with Selenium automation. Nobody has no idea what technologies they are calling a candidate for. They do not even look into the resume also it seems. Moreover I cleared the first round. The recruiter scheduled the second round (managerial round) and told if I clear this there will be an interview round with client. I again asked details about the position. He told, there are many teams. So what role it is for he is not sure. Before the second round, the guy who took my first round called me and told that I should not tell the manager that I do not know Python. I should say I have some knowledge on it. That this managerial round is just a formality and they will prepare me for the client round. I again asked about the role details. He told me that this is a BI tester role, manual and automation with Python just like last time. I immediately called the recruiter and cancelled the second round of interview.
