Interview
Pretty standard. Met with HR and two different managers. It took about an hour or son. My only compliant is that I came from out of town and they didn't have any parking reimbursement options.
One interview, mostly questions about scenario and personality based. Technical knowledge is assessed but they are looking for people that are professional and have a good work ethic. Is it important to show you are wiling to do the job.
