Good interview process . Call with HR then follow up with HR, team lead and manager. 3rd interview was less formal offer followed soon after. Questions were very much based on experience

Was found through a recruitment firm - had one phone screen, an in person interview with HR, then an interview with the VP, and a skills test all in the same day. A ridiculously long personality test that was done at home.
