Interview after applying with cv and resume. Nice and relaxed interview, followed by unrealiatic UX worktask deadline wich in normal surcumstances would be half of what I was asked to do. After i managed to do it by working day and night I was refused with a pleasant email.

The first step was to send a application (cv and portfolio) via email. Then I got contacted for a initial interview, which was very relaxed and friendly. You had the possibility to ask and learn everything you wanted to know about the company and work processes. The next step would be a second review of your c.v and portfolio by a founder. After that you would do a design challenge and present it for some employees. Overall a great experience.
