TLDR: DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH THEM!!
I recently interviewed for this company for the Software Engineer position in Vancouver. They talk about their values being inclusiveness and fairness but tried to take advantage of me. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in my entire career. I went through 6 hours of their interview process, at the end of the interview they made me an offer $40k below the minimum on GlassDoor. I was also told that the company "didn't believe in bonus'". When I made reference to salaries on GlassDoor the manager got all uncomfortable and said that he would "see what he could do". The entire process I was not told what seniority I was interviewing for. They tried to take advantage of me because I said that I didn't currently have a job. In the final wrap up interview the manager said "they offered competitive salary" then gave me a lowball offer. Trust me, do not waste your time with them.

Overall i had a great experience. First round was standard recruiter screen and then hiring manager interview. He also tested on little bit of design skills and a leetcode medium (twisted) style problem.

Interview reflected the culture described in the genuine reviews - the interviewers didn't display an ounce of humanity. They paid no regard to the fact that some people do not feel comfortable with multiple strangers staring at both your face and your shared code screen. Even when communicating this, they force you to continue instead of providing an alternative or at least letting you turn off your webcam. They came off incredibly creepy.
