Interview
They use TestGorilla for questioning interviewees before you can talk to any real person. However, it wasn't bad - no pressure apart from short time to answer.
I was given a lot of behavioral questions first (~30 minutes). Than there were ~90 minutes of technical tasks and questions. First, a leetcode kinda task. Than some debugging session. Then lotsa questions about building an API and clean code.
Tech questions I would say were quite adequate.
