      Social Media Manager Interview

      Sep 2, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Berlin
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at goodlifescience (Berlin)

      Interview

Two stages; first one with the CEO of the company, who seemed to be busy responding to his emails during your chat which I find rather rude. Second stage was again with the CEO and the current social media manager. She didn't seem to be really interested in what you say, but more to prove that no matter how great you are and even with three times as much experience as her you would never be good enough to fulfill her position. They also mentioned that they will inform the candidates about their decision, but it of course never happened. In general there is no HR, structure or much respect to the candidates. Wouldn't recommend to waste your time there.
