1). Telephonic round - it was technical round touching various aspects of Java/J2EE.
2). F2F round 1 - again technical round deep diving into core java, spring and other technologies mentioned in resume.
3). F2F round 1 - very basic core java questions with deep diving into the JVM level processing details.
4). HR round - Telephonic in my case. They wanted to understand how much eager are you to join.
5). Online IQ test
6). HR Consultant negotiated with the salary.

Interview
You can easily get the job if you have you have good terms with your boss/friend. You will have to pass the telephonic round then followed by face-to-face and then HR or Director.
