The interview process at i2V Systems felt unnecessarily long—it took about 2 weeks and 3 days, including tests, a project, and interviews.
One aspect I found uncomfortable was that the interviewer kept their camera off during the interview while mine was on. It made the experience feel a bit awkward.
The process included:
A coding and MCQ test
A project to assess technical skills
Two rounds of interviews:
A live coding round
A technical interview
I was rejected after the second interview.

The whole process is a bit lengthy.
Having 1 round less would have been better (For e.g. the assignment).
