I handed out my resume at the fall career fair and they got in touch with me the following spring. It was a Skype interview containing two parts. The first part is about question like how do you feel about Obama, who will you elect as a president. The second part is about some basic database questions.

The interview includes 2 30 mins phone screens, one is technical and the other is more oriented towards testing a candidates communication skills. This is followed by an on-site interview. The questions are straight forward and are meant to test a candidate's knowledge in relational databases.
