Interview
Standard html, css, javascript questions. Be prepared to answer so standard mysql and php. Possibly some Zend framework or Extjs specific questions. Pretty normal very down to earth people. I was a bit amazed that I did not have a phone interview first. I would assume that the give a pre screen phone interview now.

Interview
Straightforward with no gotcha questions, the interviewer cared more about the problem solving and not whether I had deep knowledge of esoteric details about programming languages. That was a refreshing experience.
