First the recruiter had called me for the job then after 3 days first technical was scheduled, that went for almost 1 hour then after 3-4 days later I was invited for the second technical round where the interview went again for almost 1 hour. The questions were scenario based but I was able to answer 70-80 % of them correctly. I was confident after that but the recruiter never called back or never sent any mail confirming rejection or anything. They just ghosted.
The hiring process was super smooth, with only two interviews and quick feedback each time. The first was a bit more technical, with general questions about IAM, and the second was more about how the company works. The two interviews were well-conducted, with clear communication, and the interviewers were both friendly and easy to talk to.
