I met with owner/president of company for lunch (he paid). The interview went well, I thought. I gave him a lead on some potential business (a potentially LARGE account). I was told they would be getting back with me in 2 - 3 weeks. Never heard from them again. Heard later from a former colleague that their project are a mess and their salary/payment policies are... questionable.
