I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at iMobile (Charlottesville, VA) in May 2016
Interview
I was transferred to that company so there wasn't many questions that i was asked i was told that i was going to be working on salary not hourly and that i was also going to make commission. I also had to send my resume and 2 photo I.D and wait for a background check.
I interviewed quickly, gave a powerful review of my qualifications, and was offered the position. Communication was a bit spotty. Hiring manager did not introduce me as manager to the current team, so I had to assert my own authority very carefully. It was precarious.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
I was asked to describe my history and qualifications during rhe interview process. My interviews were positive and productive because I refocused the conversation on my qualifications and my questions, which were answered fairly.
