Sent an application through their site, a couple of weeks later got invited for an introductory interview. Different from what the other person said, I had a very pleasant interview and the recruiter was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately for me, I other candidates performed better than I did and I did not make it to the next stage. Yet, the recruiter sent me a honest mail telling me about their decision. It was a great experience and I would recommend you to go for it. My tip is a really short cover letter, straight to the point. During the interview, be relaxed but try to not over-explain yourself too much.
