I applied online. I interviewed at iNET Web (Waukesha, WI) in Jan 2019
Interview
The absolute worse. The interviewer asked me questions unrelated to the position. He was somehow interested in knowing more about what I studied when I was in college YEARS ago. My media writing experiences were plastered over my resume. HELLO! Then he gave me a tour of the place and I never heard from them again. Very rude and unprofessional.
I do have ONE good thing to say about them but they don't deserve to know.

Question 1
What was your favorite class that you took in college?
Very quick, entailed overview of job experience, references and some about the position itself. Could have been a little more detailed of the job itself. Didn't get much time to ask questions at the end.

Interview
Casual questioning, more about what they do, gave a tour and an idea from the place. They were interested in my experience, but more concerned with common sense and work ethic vs. SEO knowledge.
