The application process was relatively swift. It began with a recruiter call, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, which focused mainly on cultural fit. After that, there was a technical assessment with online questions that I answered with mostly strong performance. The next stage was a technical interview, where I answered almost all of the questions they asked, again performing well.
Overall, the process was smooth, and I received positive feedback during the technical interview. However, the following week, I received a rejection notice from the recruiter. Interestingly, they continued to post job openings for the same position on LinkedIn. Given that they are a consultancy company based in the Netherlands, it felt to me like this was more of a market research exercise rather than a genuine hiring process.
