When I graduated, I applied for a Web developer position at iPlex and they called me for an interview. It's worth mentioning here that on-call they didn't ask me anything and just asked me to come to their office at the specified time.
When I reached the office, they told me to wait for a few minutes and I ended up waiting for an hour. After an hour, the HR guy approached me and asked me to come to the conference room. In the conference room, they straight away asked me if I'm good at Photoshop. I told them that I know the basics but I'm not an expert.
In the job description, there was no mention of Photoshop and it was a development job.
After that, they asked some basic questions which I answered and that's it. The whole interview lasted for 15 minutes and I never heard from the management again.
The whole interview process was basic and medical. They didn't read my resume and probably the interviewing persons didn't know the job I was applying for.
