They reached me via linkedin. I interviewed a lot of places, but I have not seen another example that really tries to be on the side of the employee and prepares them well for the interviews. In the first place, an interview is made with HR. Then they tell you the positions they think are suitable for you. You move in the position you want. Then you prepare for the interviews held on the relevant client side. If the interviews are successful, you get an offer. I was eliminated before I got to the offer stage.

Duidelijke procedure. Alle gesprekken worden op dezelfde dag uitgevoerd in de vorm van carousel gesprekken. In totaal werden er 3 rondes op een dag gevoerd. Als je de gesprekken goed hebt gevoerd loop je tegen het einde van de dag met een aanbod weg.
