I arrived to the store and told an associate I was there for an interview. I was handed a paper application to complete. Once I finished the application, a manager walked me outside the studio. The interview was done in a outside seating area nearby the store. We bonded very well. I was offered a position on the spot. I was told there would be a reference and background check. The manager who interviewed me is no longer there, she left. I felt as though the other managers felt rivalry towards because she had her own studio before and was much more experienced.
