Hiring was done via local college career fair. Spoke with a few folks at fair on a Wednesday, was contacted following day for interview, and had the interview on Friday. The whole process was quite fast. Interviewed with CEO 1:1 and reviewed qualifications and BI theory. Interview was 75% behavioral. Was offered job on the spot and accepted a few days later.
