We truly appreciate your valuable feedback. At iVET360, our hiring process is designed to be multi-layered because we put a high emphasis on our company culture. Our thorough interview and internal evaluation protocol, while comprehensive, does involve many members of our team who all have contrasting schedules, hence the extended timeframe.
